Filling: Lean meat, shrimp, shallots, garlic finely chopped or grind, add sodium glutamate, salt and sugar – all are mixed together.
Cover : Add ½ litter of water to 400g the power and stir it finely. (Leave 3 table spoons of powder for uoter-covering) – cook it with dim fire and stir until the powder becom somewhat thick (some are well done).
- Add 2 spoons of cooking oil into the powder, rolling and stuffing it until become fine. Then piece it into small balls and put them on tray. (Remember to sprinkle dry-powder onto the tray in advance). Cover yhem with wet cloth to keep the balls free from fried.
- Sprinkle dry powder onto a chop before laminating the balls put the inner in, fold up, ad warp it. Wet the autoclave with cooking oil, boil water in the autoclave until it evaprates then put the cakes in and steam for 5 – 7 minutes, when the cakes are clear, they are well done and prepared to serve.
Application:
This flour is used for frying banans, sweet potatoes, taro, vegetable
Instructions for use:
Dissolve 340g of flour in 340ml of water, then put in 20g of sugar and stir well. Leave the mnixture for 15 minutes before frying. Vanilla can be added to increase the dilicious taste.
Bananas are peeled, cut in half, put in a plastic bag and pressed thin.
Dip the bananas into the mixture of flour, use chopsticks to prevent mixture from curdling
Heat oil pan and fry bananas for the first time. Continue deep for the second time until the two surfaces turn golden brown. put them on oil control papers for about 2-3 minutes then it is ready to serve.
Take the pack of turmeric, dried green onion with 500g of flour for pancake, then dissolve with 1 - 1,1lit water , evenly stir up.
Wet very hot pan with liquid fat, add onion, prawn, pork in for cursory frying, then pour flour into the pan for evenly stirring, add bean sprouts, green peas well boiled into the middle of the pan. Cover up the pan for approx 3 minutes to make the bean sprouts well cooked.
Open the cover as having seen the cake evenly browned and crispy then fold it up in a haft (semi-circle), scoop the cake out into a plate to eat together with vegetables and fish sauce.
The remaining flour continue to be fully poured in.
