All investment projects in Vung Ang economic zone are entitled to the highest incentives granted to geographical areas with exceptionally difficult socio-economic conditions prescribed by Investment Law, Law on Value Added Tax, Law on Special Consumption Tax, Law on Corporate Income Tax and other incentives under international treaties which Vietnam is a contracting party.

* Tax policies:

• Corporate income tax: Enjoying corporate income rate at 10% for 15 years since the operation starts; Exemption from corporate income tax for four years since enterprise has taxable income and reduction of 50% for the next nine years. During the production and business process, if the enterprise suffers losses after making tax settlement with tax bodies, it is allowed to carry forwards losses to the next years for deduction from taxable income. The duration of carrying forwards losses shall not exceed five years.
• Import tax: Exemption from import tax for 5 years from the time when enterprise begins its production for raw materials, components and semi-finished products which have to be imported and have not been yet produced in Vietnam.
• Personal income tax: 50% reduction of personal income tax for whom (both Vietnamese and foreigners) are entitled to pay personal income tax.
• Land rent and land use: Investment projects on building public technical infrastructure are exempted from land use or land rent.

* Water supply: from Sao river,7.8 km from Industrial Park; water pumping station: capacity of 7,500 m3/day.

* Internal transportation:

• D1: Road 42 m, width 21 m, separator width 6 m, sidewalk width of 7.5 m on each side.
• D2: Road 30 m, width 15 m, separator width 0 m, sidewalk width of 7.5 m on each side.

* Water sewage:

• Zone A located in the southern Lower Chuoi gully
• Zone B located in the southern Lower Bai Vung gully “Transport connecting to Industrial Park: Dong Hoi - Nghia Dan.

* Overview of infrastructure investment: not constructed yet.
