Suoi Dau Industrial Park located in area with socio-economic difficult conditions , therefore it shall be entitled to enjoy the preferential investment policies, such as:

- Corporate income tax (Pursuant to Decree 218/2013/ND-CP dated 26/12/2013):

• Corporate income from implementing new investment projects are subject to tax rate of 20% in 10 years of continuity from the first year of having business operating revenue from tax incentives investment project; 02-year tax exemption and 50% tax reduction of the tax payable for 4 following years from the first year of business taxable income from investment tax incentives.
• Corporates expand their production scale, improve productivity, technological innovation production if meet one of three criteria provided in Paragraph 5 of Article 15 of Decree 218/2013/ND-CP will be selected to enjoy tax preference project for remaining time of operation (if available) or tax exemption or reduction of the income tax on the increased income brought by investment expansion.

- Import duty (Decree No.87Z2010/ND-CP dated 13/08/2010):

• Exemption of import tax for 5 years from the date of commencement of manufacturing materials, supplies, components which cannot be domestically produced imported for production except for projects and items specified in Decree No.87/2010/ND-CP.
• Exemption of imported goods to create fixed assets of investment projects under the categories specified in Decree No.87/2010/ND-CP.
