Scope of Investment
* Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park for stage 1: Energy industry: thermal power plant using natural gas or, transformer, transmission, fuel system (diesel, natural gas) for thermal power plant. Mechanical industry: manufacturing machine tools, mover machines and other mechanical products, cars, tractors, motorcycles, shipbuilding and ship repair, ship demolition. Chemical industry: production of basic chemicals, organic chemical (polymeric materials, plastics, paints, dyes, cosmetics and cosmetic raw material production, indoor insecticide), production of chemical fertilizers, rubber processing, storage and packaging, fuel distribution. Metallurgical industry: Manufacturing steel from ingot, scrap, non-ferrous metals. Building materials industry: production ofbricks, tiles, roofing tiles, glass, porcelain, factory storage, packing cement. Industry of textile, garment, leather weaving, dyeing, sewing, footwear, leather tanning. Food processing industry: seafood, sugar, food enzymes, vegetable oil, rice milling, cassava, maize and production of MSG. Detergents industry: washing powder, soap, storage plants, packaging materials processing detergents. Manufacturing wood products: wood, pulp, paper, packaging paper. |

Power supply: Hiep Phuoc Power Company (HPPC) and EVN Ho Chi Minh city branch (EVN HCMC). Water supply: Saigon Water Company (Sawaco) and Long Hau underground water plant, water quality standards of living water. Waste water treatment: Waste water treatment plant with designed capacity of 6,000 m3/day. Gas: Clean fuels invested and supplied by Vietnam Gas Corporation. Communication: International and domestic. |
