Corporate income tax:

• Start-up business of the investment projects in the following areas shall enjoy preferential tax rate of 10% within 15 years: High technology, scientific research and technological development; investment in developing water plants, power plants, water supply and drainage systems; bridges, roads and railways; airports; seaports, river ports; airports, railway stations and infrastructure projects found by the Prime Minister's decision; production of software.
• Establishment of new corporate as above are exempt from tax in 04 years, reduce 50% of the tax payable in 09 succeeding years Tax on import and export: Imported goods to create fixed assets of investment projects in the field of investment incentives under the provisions are exempted from imported tax.

Leasing price:

• The business of investment of the infrastructure of industrial park projects within economic zone (Infrastructure business projects in Hai Ha industrial park and Van Don industrial park) are exempted from land and water surface rentals.
• The business of investment of the infrastructure of industrial park projects which are approved by the Prime Minister in areas to be exempted from land rent, water surface rent shall enjoin tax exemption for a period of 11 years from the date put into operation.
