Hai Phong Trading Service and Cement Transport Joint Stock Company is an enterprise which was equitized from Hai Phong Cement Transport and Repair Enterprise of Hai Phong Cement Company under the Decision No. 1753 / QD-BXD dated December 29, 2003 by the Minister of Construction. The company operated under the Business Registration Certificate No. 0203000727 dated February 24, 2004 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong City.

In the period of operation, the company has been granted the business registration certificate two times by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong city due to increase of charter capital.
