Bac Giang Car Passenger Joint Stock Company was equitized from state-owned enterprise and officially came into operation in February 1999, pursuant to the Decision No. 01/1999 / QD-UB dated on January 20, 1999 of the People's Committee Bac Giang Province. Business License No. 056443 dated on March 06,1999, issued by Department of Planning and Investment of Bac Giang Province.

Charter capital was VND 2.75 billion when equitized (of which State capital accounted for 45%). At the present, the charter capital is VND 25 billion (no capital from the State).
