Policies to Attract Investment

Corporate Income Tax:

  • 10% in 15 years continuously from the first year of having revenue from Tax-incentive operations and equal to 22% (20% tax rate will be applicable from 01/01 / 2016) in the coming years.
  • Exemption for 4 years, 50% reduction of the tax payable in the next 9 years continuously from the first year of having taxable income from investment projects; in case of not having taxable income in the first three years, the period of tax exemption or reduction is calculated from the fourth year.

Personal income tax: 50% personal income tax for Vietnamese and foreigners working at Dinh Vu - Cat Hai economic zone.

Lease of land: 100% Free for the whole life of the project and the preferential import and export tax, value added tax under the Decision No. 06/2008/TTg of the Prime Minister in operation Regulation of Dinh Vu - Cat Hai. In addition, The Southern Dinh Vu also provide flexible adjustment of land lease, payment terms, customer service to bring about the most favorable conditions for investors

Scope of Investment

As non-tariff area, ports and port logistics, integrated industrial park, industrial cleaning of Nam Dinh Vu Investment JSC belongs to Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone.

Infrastructure

Internal traffic: The internal traffic system is designed with reasonable cross-section, ensuring easy and convenience access for the vehicles:

  • Cross-section of main roads: 34m-46m.
  • Cross-section of branch roads: 23m & 34m.

Power supply:

  • Power supply is continuous and stable through Nam Dinh Vu 110 / 22KV substation with a capacity of 4 x 63 MVA (phase 1: 63 MVA).
  • The medium voltage network (22KV) is provided along the internal roads in the industrial park.

Water supply: The water supply system is connected to the fence of each land plot

Drainage: Drainage and sewage systems (industrial and domestic wastewater) are built and treated separately

Sewage: Phase 1: capacity of 10,000m3/day

Waste: Domestic wastes and industrial wastes are collected and sorted before treatment according to Vietnam environmental regulations.
