Policies to Attract Investment

Land leasing price:

  • Annual payment: VND 3,750-4,125/m2/year, stability time of land rent unit shall be for 5 years.
  • Once payment for 50 year leasing-term: VND 357,000-392,700/m2.

Support for leveling costs: Only for investors with investment projects satisfying one of three following conditions:

  • Investment projects with a total investment of VND 1,000 billion or more.
  • Investment projects recruiting of 500 or more regular employees.
  • Investment projects annual payment to budget revenue of VND 100 billion or more. Provincial People’s Committee will support 100% site leveling cost to the the whole investment project by the form that investors made the payment in advance of the leveling cost and this amount of money shall be deducted from the land use fee or land lease payable. The maximum support does not exceed the land use fee or land leasing of the investment project

Exemption or reduction of land leasing fee:

  • Exemption from land rental fee for 11 years applied to investment projects not included in the list of sectors of investment incentives.
  • Exemption from land rental for 15 years for investment projects under the list of sectors of investment incentives.
  • Exemption of land rental for investment projects included in the list of sectors of special investment incentives.

Corporate income tax incentives:

  • The preferential tax rate of 10% shall be applied for a period of 15 years.
  • Newly established companies from investment projects shall be exempted from tax for 04 years and reduced 50% of tax payable for the 09 succeeding years since the date the invested projects have taxable income.

Export tax incentives: Exemption of import tax on goods imported to create fixed assets.

Scope of Investment

Seafood processing; production of building materials and mechanical engineering; fertilizer production; animal feed production for husbandry and aquaculture farming.

Infrastructure

This industrial park is located on Provincial highway 11 connecting to National highway 80. Currently, calling for detailed planning investment in developing and operating for the infrastructure of Industrial Park.
